| With the progress of technology and the intensifying trend of urbanization, more than nearly half of the population live in cities, and the increasing proportion will result in dense population, increase of buildings, water shortage, lack of greenbelt and many other consequences hard to imagine. According to research data in the related field, the area of greenbelt and the cooling humidification effect indoor and outdoor have positive correlation, which is related to body’s comfort. Therefore, the lack of greenbelt is the closest factor which affects living condition. The urban greenbelt area is closely related to people’s life quality. Green biological system is an essential part of human survival environment. This could mean that the relation between urban greenbelt and the quality of living environment and condition will have a profound effect on people’s life, our society and culture. There’s no doubt about it.Since Patrick Blanc, a French botanist, started greening design on the walls, the problem of insufficient outdoor green area has been solved. In view of this point, interior designers are involved in this field, greening indoor metope vertically, namely indoor green wall. Indoor greening is particularly important because people’s work, study, life and entertainment, etc., are all spent in indoor. Studies confirm that patients closed to green plants can shorten the postoperative hospitalization time. In a period, the office workers’uncomfortable level would drop by23%. Thus, how to recommend the green wall into interior design and then maintain it is a problem needed to be studied around the corner.This article discussed green walls of interior design firstly, dividing it into the skeleton+flowerpot type, the module type, the paving, the climbing or hanging type, the V-plate trough type and the bag type.The analysis of their making processes and the merits and demerits proves that the bag type is more appropriate for indoor planting and felt is the better growth carrier because of its special characters. Secondly, we assess different conditions including green wall of interior design, bare walls and walls with traditional palnts. The data can reflect the advantages of green walls of interior design.This paper mainly studies the application of felt cloth bag metope greening indoor and solve the problem of selection of plants, store of nutrition, design of water supply system, care and maintenance of green walls, basic units and combination, the formation of decorative patterns by specifying its making process. And the designing case analysis makes the specific implementation and a wide range of promotion have a realistic significance.This paper creatively transforms the interior decoration of green walls into a series of real products by experimental study and attempts to provide felt boards, felt bags and plants conveniently. It is simple and interesting to DIY the decorative walls. Particularly, the maintenance is simple and suitable for most people. Felt cloth bag wall greening plays an important role in improving the environment and people’s quality of life, and it will lead the future development trend of interior decoration. |
