When the cranes in operation, they often have a problem of oilleakage of the reducers, so researching crane reducers’ oil leakage has important significance.It’s very difficult to avoid the reducers’ oil leakage of bridge cranes, we need to studyhow to reduce the reducer oil’ leakage, and find out timely and exclude it to avoid accidents. Tomeet the requirements above, we analyzed the reducers’ oil leakage.This article is based on this reality. We analyzed the oil leakage one by one, and gave thesolution and suggestions. With the ANSYS, Pro/E software, we also researched the sealingimprovement. By reducing the reducer leakage, we can improve the service life of cranes. Tosome extent, the safe and stable operation of hoisting machinery can be also guaranteed.Through on-site research on reducers’ oil leakage issues, Formulated a three pointinspection as the core equipment inspection management system. Combined withfield equipment management level，we put forward some demands to on-site operatingpersonnel, repair and maintenance and related technical personnel, in order to reduce or avoidthe fault of speed reducer leakage occurred from the perspective of management. At the sametime, I hope people pay enough attention to lifting machinery which belongs to specialequipment.In addition，the research for the reducers’ oil leakage which may happen in otherindustries, it also has some reference to the relevant personnel. At the same time, there aremany methods which can approach to the question of the bridge crane reducers’ oil leakage, butthe implemented public reports are much less. Therefore, the subject has a certain value in theuse of innovative theory and reality of the perfect side.
