In recent years, the explosive growth of the vehicle and the ubiquitous information needsmake communication network and vehicle increasingly band together. It is hoped thatwireless network signal can cover the various scenes of life, even fast access to the Internet inhigh-speed vehicles. The study of vehicular network has become the focus of the worldattention, and also to promote the development of vehicules to be intelligentize andnetworking. The technology be able to provide services in the high-speed running of thevehicle is a great challenge in the vehicle-ground communications of the radio accesstechnology. Among them, how to allocation, management and use of the limited wirelessresources more efficiently has attracted widespread concern in academia and industry. As animportant research part of the network resource management–admission control mechanism, become one of the hot spots of the vehicular network research. The purpose of this thesis is to study the mechanism of admission control for vehicularnetwork. Based on summary and analysis the existing typical admission control method, advances programme of the vehicle movement in high-speed, and research the admissioncontrol mechanism. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:1, Call admission control is divided into two parts, the resource reservation andbandwidth allocation. First of all, the vehicle create motion probability density functionaccording to its speed and direction of travel, and calculate the expected direction ofmovement. Then, the vehicle select the cell have the strongest wireless signal and reservatebandwidth in the direction. Finally, the cell solve the problem of bandwidth allocation usingthe principal agent theory of the game theory.2, First of all, we constructed a simulation environment of WiMAX, Markov model isbeing used to analysis call request blocking probability of connection-level performanceindicators of the proposed admission control algorithm in theoretically. The proposedalgorithm is compared with the classical algorithm. Experimental results show that theproposed method can lower the call request blocking probability effectively, and more userscan be accepted with the same bandwidth resources, make the bandwidth utilization improved, thereby improving the revenue of the networks.
