With the air conditioning train significantly adding,train overhaul site air conditioningtrain maintenance quantity significantly adding,DC power supplying train overhaul needground power.Meanwhile,in order to save fuel costs,require power train supplying trainentering train overhaul site choose ground power.Before overhaul operator using groundpower supplying to train,need to duty register and receive key,then overhaul operator canpower.After the work is completed,the key must be returned.In this way exist the followingquestions:(1)electricity person using power quantity is decided by himself;(2)frequantlytaking delivery key reduce efficiency;(3)common ammeter can not statistics single trainoverhaul power;(4)managers can not timely grasp site o verhaul situation.By analyzing the means to overhaul the site of the status quo and existing powermonitoring and management.In this paper design train ground power monitoring andmanagement system to solve the problem of electricity. The system is consisted of RFIDmodule, power collection module, operation prompted module, communication module, PCmanagement modle. In this paper design overall framework of the system, then discusses theselection of main hardware module,and determine the model of each module, design eachhardware module. in this paper,at remote data transmission aspect, use TCP/IP and RS485mixed communication. By credit card achieve system personnel identity,credit card to takepower function.The power collection module is mainly achieved through energy metering ICAD7755and S7-200PLC multi-period,more people electrical parameters of the acquisition;12864LCD screen is connected by the PROFIBUS bus and PLC communication functionvoice communication module usingYT07module, PLC output information directly controlthe module lssueing different sounds; Field Communication use PROFIBUS bus technology,slave protocol chip adopt the Siemens SPC3; At PC designal part, SQL server2000databasedesign environment design real-time query system power,by this system can inquiry power、electrcity time etc.Finally,the access interface is designed.For the passenger ground power monitoring and management system development,basically reache the expected requirements, certain extent, solve the train in the service yardnot safe use of electricity, waste electricity, low efficiency etc.
