| With the progress of science, technology and the elevation of the living standard, the traditional massive producing mode cannot meet the demand of the enterprises. People's need of the product inclines to variety and originality. A new modern producing technology, Flexible Manufacture System (FMS), is born and developed quickly to fulfill the demand of the producing mode with multi-species and small quantities. FMS combines technologies such as microelectronics, computers and system project organically, and solve the contradiction of high automation and flexible of mechanic production effectively and better than before. Flexible producing technology has been the focal point of the researching, manufacturing and developing in every industrial country's mechanical producing automation field, and has been playing an important role in the development of manufacturing.Linking with the specific engineering practice, this paper has presented the entire progress of FMS, including design, installation, diagnosis and test running. According to the specific demands of producing technics, the structure and layout of the system will be devised in the design progress of FMS. On the basis of the features of FMS controlling system, I choose Petri network to model the system. After studying the basic conception and features of Petri, I will model every sub-system of FMS, and analyze its performance, so as to verify the feasibility of the model. In the physical distribution of FMS, I propose that using RFID technology to solve the monitoring and managing problems of works in FMS. And in the real-time communication of the system, I apply Profibus industrial field bus; I utilize Profibus to build 3 level hierarchical style communication structure, so as to achieve the communication between the manage layer and the unit layer, and the communication unit layer and equipment layer; finally the system functions will be verified by running the instance in the system. |
