The verification and validation of the flight control system is the part of the flightcontrol system and the entire development process of the aircraft. Its main role is toensure that the design requirements of the flight control system is correct and perfectand to determine whether the product of the flight control system to meet therequirements in the practical condition. The flight control system integrated testingprocess is a key process of verification and validation activities, which has an importantinfluence on flight safety and the life cycle and the cost of the aircraft.This dissertation design a flight control integrated test facility platform based onthe characteristics of a model UAV airborne flight control computer input and outputsignals, which aims at the limitations in the maintenance and universality of commonflight control test system. After analysised the model flight control computer test systemdesign requirements, a flight control integrated test platform hardware system designwas completed. Dissertation work is as follows:1. All signal interface circuits are designed. The analog signal acquisition testing isachieved by the analog-digital conversion circuit according to the flight controlcomputer analog input signal characteristics. The single and double-side signal inputswitching is realized through the design of the amplifiers and the jumpers. Sine wave isconverted to a digital output signal through the analog-digital converter unit accordingto the characteristics of the analog output signal. The switch value input and outputcircuit is designed based on the characteristics switch input and output signal.2. Every interface is controlled by FPGA. FPGA parallel processing and interfacecharacteristics can significantly increase the data transfer rate and processing speed.Rich interfaces make multi-channel signal transmission possible. While the use ofFPGA development tools, for example, Modelsim used for pre-simulation andChipScope software spectrum analyzer used for online real-time logic simulation toverify the achievement of the interface control.3. USB communication is completed. Flight control integrated test platform isconnected with the host computer via a USB by CY7C68013A. The USB interface communication firmware was designed to assist hardware system USB interfacecommunication.4. The system integration and test was conducted with the instruments such assignal source generator. The result of test shows that the system can be used for thecollection, transmission and test the electrical characteristics of the flight controlcomputer signals. The error of the analog input is limited to0.05%, while the analogoutput error is limited to0.5%. Flight control integrated test platform can be used fortesting the flight control computer various channels signals after the completion of thedesign of the signal conditioning board.The innovation of this dissertation is the introduction of the USB2.0high-speedinterface bulk transfer mode to establish a highly efficient and reliable communicationpath to realize the acquisition of multiple signals and channels of flight controlcomputer. This system can generally perform a variety of model UAV airborne flightcontrol computer analog signal, digital signal and discrete signals and other signals ofthe test. The introduction of the architecture of FPGA+USB2.0frame can be connecteddirectly to the computer, which makes the test more easily.
