Integrated information processor is the core component of large-scale equipment such as missiles and satellites.The performance of the integrated information processor directly affects the overall performance of the system.It is very important to carry out the functional integrity and coverage test of the integrated information processor before the system is assembled.In recent years,missile,satellite and other aircraft technology continued rapid development,integrated information processor presents a complex,diversified trend.Development cycle is long,the development stage,frequent changes in technical status and other characteristics of the test system adaptability and generalization put forward higher requirements.Whether in a short time to complete a comprehensive integrated information processor function test,will be compressed spacecraft development cycle and cost play a key role.The purpose of this paper is to study a modular test system with strong versatility,which can complete the modular flight test at different stages of the whole life cycle of the multi-model integrated information processor.To reduce the development cost and period of the series model project and improve the comprehensive support capability of the model,Improve the system fault location isolation level,reduce the development of risk and so have important practical significance.First of all,this work analyzes the actual demand of multiple models in detail,on the basis of this,according to the integrated information processor module flight test system needs to complete the open-loop,closed-loop mode fly function,integrated information processor model flight test system overall program The design and demonstration of the integrated information processor model test system are further determined by argumentation and design.Secondly,in the aspect of hardware design,the whole integrated information processor model flight test system is divided into three parts: test computer,digital interface module and analog interface module.The standard CPCI bus architecture is used to realize the whole model fly Test the hardware functions of the system.The hardware design scheme of each module is described in detail.The open-loop model fly-by-fly technology based on CPCI bus,closed-loop mode flyover technology based on DSP real-time solution,CF card large-capacity data backup and storage technology,Nios II system co-processing technology of FPGA Key technology has done a focus on.Thirdly,in the software design,Lab Windows/CVI and Nios II Eclipse are used as the software design platform respectively.The system driver,system function software,manual test software and embedded coprocessing software are designed for different modules.On the final realization of the database based on the automatic test process software.Finally,this paper introduces the software and hardware debugging method of the integrated information processor module flight test system,and carries on the detailed recording and the analysis process to the debugging process,finally has carried on the calibration and the error analysis to each test result.The debugging results show that the integrated information processor model flight test system can meet the requirements of multiple types of test tasks,with high test coverage and versatility.Its research and development to shorten the project development cycle,reduce the overall cost of the project has significant significance.
