Service component after corrosion residual life assessment is one of currently widely attention problems, the bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beam is reduced, no significant omen before destruction, have obvious brittle nature. To assess damage degree and damage of this kind of components after the residual service life and needs to be carried out on carrying capacity of corroded reinforced concrete beam is calculated. According to the provincial scientific research project (2012800-6110-6110)"both houses detection and assessment of carrying capacity of reinforced concrete members" mainly conducted the following research work:1) Through the reasonable testing to get closer actual corroded reinforced, to summary analysis of corroded reinforced that each mechanics performance with the change rules of corrosion rate, through the process analysis, seek a more reasonable mechanical performance evaluation parameters.2) To make of12reinforced concrete beams, electrochemical testing, corrosion simulation, the longitudinal reinforcement corrosion rate is obtained by test data analysis and the residual bearing capacity of beam, to build the formulae for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity for reinforced concrete beam.3) Through the test data analysis internal reinforcement corroded beams ultimate elongation decreased significantly impact on the ultimate strain of steel bar is one of the main causes of brittle failure. Therefore, this article introduces the concept of relative elongation, and through the test data is summarized and the relationship, considered as the influence factors of bearing capacity calculation formula is established, and verified by test data.4) By using ANSYS software simulation analysis was carried out on the reinforced concrete beam stress changes, the nonlinear spring element COMBIN39is using ANSYS stiffness simulation of degradation in the bond performance between steel and concrete, and from steel bar and concrete stress and strain and deflection changes in such aspects as analysis of calculation results. And compared with the test results, the rationality of the evaluation model was verified.
