With the rapid and continual development of National Economy and the continual improvement of people's standard of living, refrigeration and air conditioning settings are widely used in every walk of life. Because of their universality and significance , the loss caused by their abnormal operation has been an unbearable burden. Therefore operation status of refrigeration settings should be strictly monitored and troubles should be correctly predicted to decrease maintenance time to the minimum. In order to efficiently monitor operation status of refrigeration system and timely diagnose and alarm troubles, test-bed must be build up to obtain data of troubles and realize alarming and diagnosing trouble.Because of the above reasons, a universal test-bed of refrigeration settings was built up in this paper, in which an ice-water refrigerator was adopted as the main test machine, aided with a computer and several sensors of pressure, temperature and flow. At the same time a platform of monitoring operation status and diagnosing trouble was set up through utilizing configuration software of industry control. Operation status of refrigeration settings were monitored on-line and a parameter database of familiar troubles of refrigeration settings which was simulated through test-bed experiments was created which will ground the further research on the reliability of refrigeration system.Following topics will be finished in this thesis:1. Design of the universal test-bed of refrigeration settings.2. Design of the hardware system of computer monitoring system.3. Design of the software system of computer monitoring system.4. Simulation of troubles and creation of parameter database oftroubles of refrigeration system of troubles.
