In the new period, the development of Chinese high speed railway is growingby leaps and bounds, Urban traffic has toward the advance trend of integration, atthe same time,"Austerity" urban development strategy has become a consensus, which are guiding construction of city. In the background factors above-mentioned,traditional spatial patterns of passenger railway station great changes have takenplace, mainly embodied in the "wait-type" transform into "pass-type" space, stationintegrated urban traffic system form zero transfer passenger transport hub, stationcombining with urban function space form the urban context. Based on the situationabove-mentioned, this paper researches on the spatial pattern of Chinese newrailway station. The beginning of this paper has researched on the development of spatialpatterns of Chinese and foreign passenger railway station in the history research, inorder to clarify the rules of the development of the passenger railway station space.Key with the help of a large number of case studies of foreign new space patterndevelopment characteristics of passenger railway station, summarize thedevelopment trend of foreign railway station space pattern, in order to contrast ourcountry passenger railway station space pattern, analyses the deficiency of China’snew railway station space pattern and development trend. In view of the complexity of passenger railway station space pattern, thi spaper from the overall spatial layout of passenger railway station characteristics, internal space pattern and overall space launches the research in turn. Study withthe example of many analysis, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of newrailway station space pattern in our country, summarizes the development trend, putforward some problems which need to be improved.
