Prestressed Concrete Hollow slab commonly used in small-span bridge due to its simpale, definite mechanics, convenient construction, bulk factory concentrated prefabricated advantages expressway. Highway bridges have been built in recent years, the span of16~30m bridge most of prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow slab siMPaly supported beam bridge. It is achieved good economic benefits,At the same time, there have been some typical diseases. One of the most typical of the disease is longitudinal cracks of the hollow slab beam bottom. This article, based on concrete cracks theory, bridges space theory and entities finite element analysis to research the hollow slab and find out the root causes of longitudinal cracks. Then give some proposols to similar bridge design, construction and operational management.①Analysis of single girder entity model and the overall board entity model on a highway prestressed concrete hollow slab. The results indicates that the single board of iMPaartial security. The results show that ignoring longitudinal section of the crack resistance easily lead to longitudinal cracks.②Theoretical analysis results show that, when the car in the overloading the backplane transverse tensile stress will over the general assembly to lead to longitudinal cracking. And the longitudinal cracking first.③To analyze the effects of parameters of bottom transverse tensile stress of slab, Analysis results show that increase the thickness of the backplane and the mid-span additional diaphragms can effectively reduce the backplane transverse tensile stress.
