Change the original designed fabricated Hollow Slab bridge to Integral Hollow Slabbridge, The stress of the plate changed from one-way place to two–way place. Changing theconstruction method of hollow slab bridge but still arranging the design transversereinforcement often caused longitudinal cracks in the near midspan, some even throughoutthe whole cross. In this paper,using typical assembly and integral hollow slab bridge as theobject of study,analysising the reason of longitudinal cracks and the method of externaltransverse prestressing and paste transverse steel are presented.The main research contents areas follows:1、Based on the hinge plate theory and rigid plate theory,discussing the load transversedistribution of the fabricated hollow slab bridge and Integral hollow slab bridge. Establishedthe entity model of fabricated hollow slab bridge and Integral hollow slab bridge using finiteelement analysis software ANSYS.2、According to the model of hollow slab bridge, considering the two different constructionmethods, the load situation of hollow slab bridge under its own weight, vehicle load andtemperature are analyzed.The force distribution of integral hollow slab bridge under load arestudied,and the reason of longitudinal cracks is founded. Some suggestions for theconstruction of the future hollow slab bridge are provided.3、Reference to the example of bridge reinforcement and combined with previous experiencein engineering,the method of external transverse prestressing and paste transverse steel arepresented. By the finite element model, The two reinforcement method are parametricanalyzed.Through the comparative analysis of hollow slab bridge before and after reinforcement stresscondition, the two methods of reinforcement effect are verified.
