Abstract: The small curved box girder bridge is one of the most important bridgeforms in model road traffic system, in highway and urban road grade separation project,the necessary means in how to solve the traffic connection in each direction is thecurved box girder bridge. Especially in the mountain road and mountainou city roadline selection design, if using the curved box girder bridge in the necessary locationcan effectively reduce the length of road and control the using of mountain city landand obtain a considerable economic benefits. However, during the curved box girderbridge’s construction and operation that beam had moved radial outward and evenappeared more obvious trend of rotating and capsize.Research shows that temperaturechange and the prestress lossing is the main reason to cause this phenomenon.This paper relies on the Nan’an District RONGQIAO Avenue spiral bridgeengineering as background,Using the numerical simulation of temperature field in themodeling of this engineering, and simply introduce the modeling’s parameters andboundary conditions is how to achieve, and analysis this bridge under the largestaverage daily temperature and maximum temperature conditions, how the overalldisplacement,radial displacement,stress distribution and standoffs reverse forceconditions.Based on the temperature field calculation, This paper also establish differentcurvature radius of the finite element analysis model, and analysis the models underthe temperature load’s standoffs reverse force reaction and displacement of box girder.The results show that the middle pier standoffs reverse force and the curvature radius isnot a simple variation, Through this thesis I hope that can provide some realityreferences in small radius curve box girder bridge’s temperature field, temperatureinfluence factors and prevent the girder from oversize radial displacement.
