Research On Layout Planning Of Expressway Opened Service Area

Highway service area is the window of local economy, culture and specialresources, and it has great potential.in servicing socio-economic development in thearea and the life of the masses. According to the development philosophy of"people-oriented，serving people，promoting economic”, in order to build "modern,open and featured" service area,, this paper researches on the key problem of thelayout about open service area in highway:Through the research and analysis of current situation and problems in theexpressway service area, this paper discusses the future trends and patterns of it. Anew layout planning of expressway open service area is proposed according to thetheory of regional socio-economic development The analysis coupled between serviceareas and regional society provides the necessary basis for the overall planning of theservice area.Based on regional transportation and economic theory, this paper analyzes thefactors affecting the highway open service area layout planning. From thecombination of qualitative and quantitative point of view, the position and layout ofthe open service area is researched. Applying the ideas and methods of operationsresearch theory a distribution optimization model of expressway service area.isestablished based on the largest traffic.Study on the influence of regional society to layout of open service area, fromthe economic, social and environmental aspects, this paper establishes the evaluationindex system of layout planning of open service area. Comparison of the existingtypes of comprehensive evaluation method, combined with the actual situation, ascientific and rational evaluation method is used to evaluate the selection of layoutprograms about the service area.Applying the research results proposed in this paper in chengdenan expresswayproject, the layout planning of chengdenan expressway service area is formulated.
