Study On Quality Control Of WX Home Project Construction

In recent years, the real estate market developed rapidly,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the construction quality to become the best customer evaluation standards of the strength of enterprises, and the construction quality control because of its own particularity has become the key to quality control of the whole engineering project.Taking WX home project as the research object, on the construction phase of the project quality control are discussed. The quality control of construction phase is to develop a preparation, from the early days of the material plan, to control and the implementation of the construction process technical processes, until the end of the project quality testing until the system control process.In this paper, according to the WX home project established quality requirements, analyses the current situation of the construction phase quality, proceed from the five major factors affecting the quality, the use of total quality management method, to solve practical problems in project. Some project quality management problems exist in engineering project, or other enterprises also exist, so the results to other enterprises also has a certain practical significance.
