Research On Safety Management Of Zhu-zhu Road Project

With the rapid development of china’s economy and the continual progress of our socity, at present, safety issues in production has become the foucs of the construction. Along with the increase in investments of the transportation capital construction, road projects become an important pillar industry. Among China’s national economic developments, it plays an important role in the whole process and makes outstanding contributions. However, construction safety issues of road projects are becoming more and more serious. Especially in the road maintenance and road reconstruction. Safety production management methods are not detailed, reasonable and targeted.The healthy development of china’s road projects is dramatically restricted by all of these. Therefore, the safety policy of " prevention primary, safety first, comprehensive management " must be completely implemented. At the same time, the level of safety management will be improved on the whole.To solve the above problems, the author takes the safety management issues of Zhu-zhu road major or intermediate maintenance as a research object. This thesis targets to provide a series of practical solutions and countermeasures for the safety management issues. This thesis is mainly divided into six parts:The first part, mainly introduces the research background and significance of the whole thesis.At the same time, the research status in china and other countries are summed up in this part;The second part is about the related theories research of the construction projects safety management;some theories about projects safety issues are summarized in this part;The third part, the safety management status of Zhu-zhu road major or intermediate maintenance project is analyzed; The fourth part, the safety management methods of Zhu-zhu road major or intermediate maintenance project are studied; The fifth part, on the basis of above problems about Zhu-zhu road, the safety management methods of Zhu-zhu road major or intermediate maintenance project are analyzed; The sixth part, the full text is summarized.The foucs of this thesis is the fifth part. Taking Zhu-zhu road major and intermediate maintenance project as an example, subject to the severe situation of the present major and intermediate maintenance safety management, this thesis explains how to implement the Responsibility System-"the foundation of safety management" into practice and quantitative assessment;By means of the process of Zhu-zhu road, the important role of network information management in production safety control is shown; Combining the concept of "people-oriented" with the notion of "full safety management", the author try to create a new safety management relation;When it comes to the safety management tools, this thesis focuses on the identification and control of the sources of the dangers, and the leverage of the cost containment measures,and also the statistics and analysis of the safety summary; Some new ideas and ways of the Safety Management are given by the auther,such as establishing the pool fund of the safety production and the production safety theme culture.The author, as a manager of Zhu-zhu road major and intermediate maintenance project,refined the traditional ways and means of safety management and implemented them to the construction process. Some new ideas and methods about safety management are offered by the author.The auther hopes to contribute to the healthy development of China’s road construction projects through the explanation of this thesis.
