Research On The Quality Management Of Zibo X Residential Building Project

With the further development in depth of reform and opening-up, and the rapid development of national economy in China, quality-centered non price competition has taken the quite important position under the circumstances of fierce competition in the construction markets. Construction project quality directly affects the development of construction enterprises. Currently the construction project quality control laws and regulations have been gradually established and improved. Project quality management and control have also made the rapid progress. In order to go with the tide of world development and improve the quality level, construction enterprises still need to continuously improve their own construction project quality management and control mode in practice. Quality management is a systematic project of project items. Quality management issues refer to the area of feasibility study, reconnaissance design, project construction, completion and acceptance, etc. Construction project management is the process to form project item entity, also is the key phase to decide final construction quality, so it must strengthen the quality control of construction phase to raise the quality of project item.In this paper, first introduces the origin and the development situation in China and abroad of quality management and control, and briefly summarizes the basic concept and theory of the quality control, then discusses the content and method of quality control from the project management, construction and other aspects in order to additionally analyses the process of the entire construction project quality control.Secondly, analyses factors of affecting the project quality combining with the Zibo X residential building project examples. Taking this as a starting point, discusses the measures of quality control in the project implementation process. The PDCA cycle theory and grey prediction theory are applied in the process of that building’s construction quality control to evaluate the construction project quality control results, and verify its effect on construction project quality control.Finally, there are many Factors to affect the construction project quality. Among this, human being is the most important influent factor. Therefore In the processes of implementing these construction items, construction enterprises should pay more attention to raise staffs’ quality ethos and be able to catch the main contradiction in the meantime.
