In recent years, the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s living standard is increasing day by day, to be met at the same time in the material life, people have higher spiritual pursuit, and the life of the city environment more attention, but also the pursuit of higher. City park landscape construction is indispensable to become inevitable outcome of city development, thereby the humanized design of City park is well known, people demand for City park is not only stay at the material level, but to the spiritual level, let the City park become the spiritual home of people.Research on City Park humanized design can effectively guide the design of the park, as far as possible to meet user’s demand on the park, can improve the quality of life of people in a certain extent, so it has certain practical significance.First of all, this paper gives a general overview of the definition, the classification and the function of City park; Secondly, the related theory on humanized design of psychology and behavior analysis of many aspects of the theory of general rules, sums up. Based on the above theory, this paper gives an in-depth study on how to create a humanized city park. In addition, we selected the botanical garden, Zhaolin Park, children’s Park for research in Harbin, and give full analysis of the design of boundary, scale, and all kinds of facilities of humanized design of city park. Questionnaire on the users of the parks has been collected, and we make an assay of the contents. It is concluded that the deficiencies of the three parks in the humanized design and proposes improvement strategies and the general principle of the humanized design of city park. Based on the above research, we obtained the tactics of optimization design in Harbin City Park.
