Forklift is the most important means of transportation in logistics nowadays.It plays an irreplaceable role in manufacturing,logistics and other industries.However,due to the late start of forklift industry in China,many links in the production and assembly of mast of forklift trunk system are at the level of relying on workers' experience,and there is no suitable measurement system and control method nowadays.Therefore,The core issues that this dissertation mainly discusses,namely “the quality control of Mast of Forklift Open's mast system production assembly”.And the design of the mast opening measurement,portal frame correction control and pre-assembled side roller gasket for portal frame in The mast assembly production is discussed.The main contents of this dissertation include:1.This dissertation analyses the structure of mast of forklift trunk system,and uses SolidWorks to build the three-dimensional model of Mast of Forklift system to prepare for the follow-up study.There are so many Mast Open detecting methods that it is necessary to compare various methods in order to take full advantage of the characteristics of each method.We finished the overall design of Hand-held Measuring Device on the basis of Laser Ranging Sensor,raise a method using non-contact mode to digitize measurement mast which direct against the defect of existing open measurement method.2.We study varieties of methods which can effectively bring the deformation under control,and research the causes of deformation in welding mast of forklift,two kinds of main current research methods(Flame Correction Technology and Machine Rectification),by theory analysis.Then we determine the most appropriate method-Machine rectification-to support the mast of forklift.In process of mast of forklift correct,the theory of trunk mask elastic-plastic is analyzed and give relative logic formula and methodology describing the travel of correction equipment pressure head and the springback amount of mask.Finally,by contrast to the ANSYS simulation software performed,the validity and accuracy of theoretical analysis were indicated.The pre-assembly process of the mask of forklift is analyzed.According to the characteristics of the side roller selection gasket in the mask of forklift assembly,the method of selecting the gasket on the mask of forklift assembly side wheel is studied.3.The design of Mask of Forklift Opening Quality Control System.This chapter mainly discusses how to optimize the production and assembly process of the mask of forklift in this system and realize the quality control during the assembly process of the mask of forklift.Combined with the research results of the hand-held forklift gantry open-end measuring device,the mask of forklift correction control method and the mask of forklift side roller selection method,We carry out quality control on the following three main aspects: mask opening detection and analysis,mask opening correction control and mask pre-installed side roller selection pad by analyzing the production and assembly process of the mask of forklift system.Through the optimization and control of these three aspects,the quality control of the opening quality of the mask of forklift production assembly is realized.
