The expense willbe deducted from mobile phone bills which realize self-service.The paper introduces technical index and hardware structure of TC35i,finish hardware and software design with GSM network communicationtechnology, automation and measurement technique. As a novel application ofGSM technology, the system has the practical value for people. As long asachieve cooperation with mobile operator, it can be adopted widely which hasa bright future.
