Centrifugal impurity pumps are widely used in the field of hydraulic transport,but there still exist some key technical problems.The first problem is the efficiency decrease of pumps;Second one is that the reliability of pump becomes worse due to the erosion of the solid particles to pump.These two key technical problem impeded the study and application of centrifugal pumps.In this dissertation,centrifugal impurity pump were studied,elaborated the research background of it,built full three-dimension flow model of centrifugal pump,selected suitable turbulence model to simulate the internal flow field of centrifugal pump,analyzed the stress and the track of the solid phase particles in centrifugal pump,discussed erosion wear mechanism of parts,used the Finnie erosion wear model for centrifugal pump to make wear prediction f centrifugal pump over-current components.Eulerian multiphase model was applied in simulating steady calculation of solidliquid two phase turbulent flow field in centrifugal pump.Compared the effects of different diameter and volume fraction of solid particles on flow characteristics,head and efficient of centrifugal pump.It was found that with increasing of volume fraction and diameter of solid particles,the internal the pressure of centrifugal pump was increased,following performance and fluidity,decreasing the head and efficiency,became worse,so as the erosion increased,the solid concentration distribution presented a downward trend,but distribution tend to be more uniform.This dissertation used the DPM model to analysis the wear of centrifugal pump flow parts,calculate average erosion rate and found that wear area concentrates on volute channel,head and tail-end of vacuum side of blade,The area adjacent to the diversioncone of shroud.Besides,studied influence of the diameter and impact velocity changing on wear distribution of parts.Found that with the increase of diameter and impact velocity of solid particles,volute wear area was widening,so was the erosion rate,wear distribution of blade from tail-end of vacuum side to the middle,wear of shroud increased obviously,the head decreases slowly,but the efficiency obviously.
