The sensitivity of bearing load to the torque incentive is relatively high.It is necessary for the dynamics to study the load variations and load transfer rule between each span with torque incentive in the rotor bearing system.Support stiffness of the bearing load sensor, the oil film force for oil pressure for sliding bearing, the flexibility of elastic pin couplings and the unbalance of roulette are taken into account, mechanical model is established. Based on the multi-body system dynamics analysis method and Lagrangian method, dynamics equations of rotor system with three spans and six support-ings and torque factor (got from experiment) is established.The equation can be solved with Algorithm of Fourth-Order Runge-Kutta. Dynamic response curves and transfer characteristics of bearing loads can be got-Based on the uniform quality model established with transfer matrix method and torque factor, the sensitivity matrix of bearing load to the torque incentive is deduced and the computational procedure is compiled. The identification algorithm of torque based on bearing load signals is used to get torque with qualitative and quantitative analysis method.To achieve the fast data mining from the large amounts of feature data, combined with rough set theory, decision tables of bearing load features with attribute reduction are input into ROSETTA, and torque mining rules are got, and repeatability test is conducted.The magnetic powder brake and torque sensor are increased on the traditional rotor system test bench, and debugging is conducted,and the infliction and measurement of different properties (linear and transient) torque can be achieved. Signals directly measured by the bearing load sensors are compared with the results got from the two mathmatical models,the torque measured by the torque sensor is measured with the identification calculation results,so as to verify the results above.The simulation results and experimental signals are compared and some conclusion can be obtained:The smaller distance from the supporting to the torque position,the lager load variation and the bigger sensitive factor will be seen.With the sensitive matrix of bearing load to the torque and the known quantities of bearing loads,the corresponding bearing load value can be known expediently.The error of the experiment identification method of torque based on the bearing load value is in the allowance error,and based which the qualitative and quantitative analysis of torque incentive can be realized.Data mining of torque from large amount of bearing load characteristics data can be realized with ROSETTA software,and another effective and reliable way is provided by this method proposed for the torque incentive analysis of rotor system.
