Multi-support rotor -bearing system is one of crucial parts of large-scalerotary machine. The change of bearing load on rotor -bearing system wouldincur great vibaration and disastrous accidents. The fault can be diagnosed andaccident can be avoided on large-scale rotary machine by the way of motoringbearing load on rotor-bearing system.In this thesis,a multi-support bearing-rotor simulating dynamic test-bedwas designed and built, for the purpose of bearing load identification, vibrationmonitoring and fault diagnosis in large-scale rotary machine.The whole test-bed frame, bearing parts and rotor parts were designed andmanufactured. The test-bed includes transmission unit, loading unit, monitoringunit,mechanical unit and hydrodynamic lubrication unit. After dynamic designand behavior compound analysis on test-bed mechanical model, the result showsthat, the test-bed system possessed excellent dynamic property and abundantstability allowance.Various dynamic experimental studies can be done on thetest-bed. Additionally mechanical fault simulation and experimental studies ofsingle-span model, dual-span model and multi-span coupling model can be alsoachieved on it. The test-bed has multi-foundation including mechanical vibrationmonitoring, bearing load identifying on-line and fault diagnoses.In the paper, dynamic calculating theories of multi-support bearing-rotorsystem have been studied. Bearing load distribution calculating methods have been discussed. Elevation sensitivity and load sensitivity of bearing load havebeen analyzed. The traditional method of transfer matrix has been developed,then the new matrix equation of bearing load distribution was built. Thedeveloped matrix includes two parts, the one is static load matrix and the otheris dynamic load matrix by which the elevation sensitivity matrix and loadsensitivity matrix of bearing load can be deduced. Complex rotor-bearingsystem bearing load can be coputed suitably by the developed method.Bearing load distribution of test bed was calculated and analyzed thoughboth three-bending moment method and developed transfer matrix method. Thenbearing load sensitivity was calculated and analyzed by remote accesscomputing in internet.
