In recent years, due to the new bridge building and the old bridge maintenance is not timely, bridge safety accidents frequently cause serious negative impact on the modernization of our country and the people’s production and living. It has been the focus which is how to assess the health status of the bridge accurately and efficiently. The bridge dynamic vibration displacement detection is a valid understanding of the the bridges operating conditions means.This paper presents a method,that is contact bridge dynamic vibration measurement methods. By the acceleration sensor, collecting the acceleration signal, by the numerical integration, get the displacement of bridge vibration. Since the work of the numerical integration is completed by using computers and other computing systems hardware, it has the advantages of fast, convenient storage and query,and it can request the Bridge dynamic testing requirements.In this paper, I designed the acceleration integration algorithm, calibrated integration method by the experiment, measured the whole steel structure charpy vibration displacement curve with the calibrated results.The main contents include the following:1.By discussing the sensor characteristics and the signal system theory,choosing some signal processing,such as the DC component eliminating, the polynomial trend items eliminating,and Digital high-pass filtering, pre-processing the acceleration signal to meet the integration requirements.2.Designed a discrete trapezoidal quadrature algorithm, integrate the vibration acceleration signal twice,get the vibration displacement. Discuss the parameters of the phase and frequency of the acceleration, velocity and displacement signals,if meets the theoretical requirements or not.3.Designed a non-contact experiments to detect vibration displacement. Collecting the vibration image and calibrate the accuracy by digital image processing methods,then get the vibration displacement of the beam. To calibrate the acceleration integration method. 4. Using the calibrated integral method,to measure and draw the beam vibration displacement curve.
