There is a kind of detector of noise barrier, which can be used to real-time monitoring the working state of the noise barrier. Calibrating the acceleration data which is real-time measured by detector, in order to ensure calculating vibration displacement of the sound barriers accurately, finally providing a better protection for road safety.There is always exist errors of the data which are measured by the sensors, including system errors, random errors and gross errors. After amount of experiment analysis and comparisons of the existing filter methods, this paper determines that it is necessary to find a new improved method to solve these problems. In the aspect of experiment measuring the acceleration data, through some analysis of the affects which caused by the noise barrier pulsating wind pressure, and the inner principles of the acceleration sensor instruments, this paper designs a measuring method which can simulate the real environment, so that we can achieve more real vibration acceleration data of the noise barriers. In the aspect of the improvements in correction, first of all, we analysis the reasons causing system errors like the installation position, the sensor resolution and cycle measurement, putting forward a kind of correction method. Then observe the original data’s features, finding a kind of the filtering methods like points for filtering and zero point correction which can reduce the interference of random errors. Finally, on the basis of the improvement of the correction method, modifying the numerical integral scheme. Through repeated experiments, using the simulation software to compute the displacement data, we can get data more than95%accuracy.The main work and innovation points are as follows:(1) Analyzing the causes of systematic error, put forward the translation correction method of dynamic parameters, and through the experiments determining the parameter determination.(2) Analyzing the characteristics of random error, and putting forward the points for filtering, zero point correction method.The data filtering method in this paper has a strong adaptability in the aspect of data error correction instrument, it has more advantages in the aspect of the economy and timeliness, can be widely used in the real-time measurement data of sensors and other instruments. The method in this paper also can promotion to the n dimensional space, be used for other measurement field of data error correction, such as architecture, aerospace, navigation and so on.
