The Application Of Acceleration Sensor On Truck Performance Detection System

Truck Performance Detection System(TPDS)with acceleration sensor to collect and detect the wheel-rail impact and vibration of the train.Through the sensor's accurate detection ability,the wheel-rail force is decomposed to different degrees of fault,and the reverse analysis method is used to reconstruct the wheel-rail impact waveform,and the full perimeter data of the wheel is obtained,which can avoid the impact duration.The signal processing technology is used to analyze and judge the vehicle running fault,such as derailment and trend diagnosis,wheel tread damage.Compared with the existing strain-type legend,the accelerometer array is installed on the bottom of the rail by the rail clamp,which greatly reduces the engineering quantity,facilitates maintenance and demolition,and eliminates the need to replace the sleepers.By using the accelerometer to measure the tread damage and the detection results of the whole road equipment,the results can be forecasted with the whole road equipment,and provide the users with the perfect trend diagnosis function,which accords with the standard of railway equipment networking.
