In the2003British energy white paper "our energy future: creating low carboneconomy" in the first time puts forward the concept of "low-carbon economy". With theimprovement of human crisis consciousness and environmental awareness, low-carbonsociety, low-carbon life, low-carbon landscape such as low carbon concept has become thefashion language of the modern rational society. With the development of economy, thelandscape design also entered a new stage. How to make the landscape construction towardsthe sustainable scientific development, low-carbon landscape theory and practice willundoubtedly play a major role.1, In the beginning of the article puts forward the current existing problems oflandscape in China, and analyzes the concept of low-carbon landscape background. Thisarticle enumerates the general situation of the development of low-carbon landscape both athome and abroad, puts forward the research purpose of this study, significance, researchmethods, research content and research framework.2. This article analyzes the inner link between low-carbon landscape, ecology designand local landscape then proposed low-carbon landscape concept of narrow and broad sense3. Combined with the present situation of landscape construction in China, this articlesummarized the people-oriented, ecological construction, adjust measures to local conditions,economy, function, high efficiency, landscape structure rationalization, respecting nature,landscape heterogeneity and skillful in due to borrow, innovative, a total of11low-carbonlandscape design should follow the principles.4. Article puts forward three types of low-carbon landscape: low-carbon landscape basedon the ecological priority, based on the sustainable development of the low-carbon landscape,and based on the concept of saving low-carbon landscape. Respectively expounds thebackground of each type of landscape, detailed analyses the concept and design principle ofeach type, the main points of planning the details.5. This article discusses the main construction technology of low-carbon landscape,including low carbon water landscape system, the green landscape system and low-carbonlandscape engineering measures. Article expounds the ecological rainwater utilizationtechnology and reclaimed water utilization technology and analyzes the outstanding cases, This paper puts forward problems that exist in the water landscape design. The paperproposes to strengthen the construction of green space of shelter belt. This paper analyzes thedevelopment situation of urban vertical greening, listed the advantages of vertical greeningand stereoscopic greening types. In terms of low-carbon landscape engineering measures, thispaper puts forward to reduce earthwork, garden road, saving material using.
