In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy of Shanxi Province,Road transport is more and more important in the comprehensive transportation system.it is available to establish and improve training management mechanism, to inspectmotor vehicle driver training industry, to implement the training contents and trainingtime, to improve the quality of training, to enhance the industry training capacity, toaccelerate the development of the industry, to provide a strong guarantee fortransportation to achieve scientific and security development. This can make thetransportation adapt to the economic development of Shanxi Province, and bring thecomprehensive construction of well-off society.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the background and importance of driver trainingmanagement, and then describes the status in driver training management. Nowadays,monitoring vehicles is based on GPS and GPRS. The two kinds of technology isrevealed on systematic structure and principle. In the end, that is a solution that theterminal is used to install on the vehicles and to monitor its.Secondly, with the development of monitoring vehicles in recent years, it can beused to solve the problem of IC time keeping. The paper explains the structure andprinciple of GPS and GPRS technology and advances to build the software system. therequirement of software system is detailed.Thirdly, system first set up distributed GPS services plat. Then the details of GPSterminal and GPS services plat is illustrated, last, the design is to satisfy the drivertraining management system based on monitoring vehicles. The system is developed inJava. The papers then briefly describe the J2EE and the method of software system.Fourthly, on the basis of IC time keeping and GPS services plat, the interfaces areto join up the two systems. The detail function and method of interfaces are listed in thepaper. In order to unify the interfaces among the different system, the solution is tointer-act information with the help of data transfer services.Fifthly, in order to verify the system, the test environment is arranged. The black box testing is to verify the system function, and the tool of LoadRunner is to check thesystem performance. The testing result shows that the system is a complete, and reliableperformance, can meet the requirement. In a word, the system can be immediatelyformal operation.
