| In recent years,with the development of our country’s economy level and thecontinuous transportation industry,motor vehicle ownership increases sharply,the road trafficaccident rate is also increasing.Among them, the speeding vehicle becomes the main influencefactors of traffic accidents,larger proportion in all the factors.Scientifically setting speed bumpscan effectively reduce the vehicle speed, reduce the accident rate,can also reduce the pollutioncaused by traffic load vibration environment.Speed bump as the compulsive speed control facilities,its application popularization ofastonishing speed.But due to its application time is shorter,caused by vehicle speed through thevibration process of the research only stays in the stage of perceptual knowledge.In order tomore accurate analysis of the influence factors on the effect of speed bumps cause vibrationprocess,this article adopts the method of in-situ test of an in-depth analysis of the vibrationprocess.Due to the particularity of deceleration zone setting location,and widely used in thecampus road,therefore,based on the existing experimental condition,method and means,thispaper studies the vehicle through the campus road deceleration zone caused by the vibrationcharacteristic analysis.First of all,the concept,classification,and the deceleration principle of road speed bumpare stated.The advantages and disadvantages of common speed bumps are analyzed.Also theirsuitable scope of application are summarized.Based on the theory,vibration caused by speedbump when the vehicle passing through is analyzed.Then the mathematical model for eachprocess stage are established,The results indicate that when a vehicle passes through the bump ata speed more than8.78km/h,the bump phenomenon happens and the ground vibrates moreseriously.Second,choose most widely speed bumps used in the campus road (rubber deceleratingbelt, slow oscillation index) were measured on site. by The vehicle through speed bumpcaused the vibration process which involves many factors,the main influence factors are thespeed,load,speed bumps type,high speed etc.So according to different affecting factors respectively design the test scheme,acquisitione vibration acceleration signals at differentinfluencing factors, and the accuracy of test results for precision analysis.Finally,to the experiment which the collective vibration acceleration signal is analyzed,focuses on the relationship between vehicle speed and vibration acceleration,through themathematical data fitting obtained the relationship between vibration acceleration and speed ofvehicle through speed bump.When vehicles pass through rubber decelerating bump,thevibration acceleration peak value a(m/s2) and speed v (km/h) between the optimum curve modelis am=0.0004v2+0.0003v-0.0444;When vehicle through the slow speed oscillationreticule,vibration acceleration peak value a(m/s2) and speed v (km/h) between the optimumcurve model is am=3×10-5v2+1.9×10-3v+1.18×10-2. At the same time based on theenvironment vibration control standards,the vibration problem caused by vehicle through speedbump the analysis found,at the residents and the education parish near the roads make speedbump,when vehicles pass through the road is equipped with rubber speed bump,the day of itsmaximum speed can not more than20.81km/h, its maximum speed at night is no more than19.65km/h.When set the slow oscillation index,vehicles through the slow oscillation when theline speed day can’t more than39.81(km/h),the night is no more than35.24(km/h).So thisspeed can be deeped as the speed limit when vehicle pass the speed bump.... |
