| An effective method to solve modern residential district design is to use the bottom of the Residential Architecture Stilted Space. Through this process people who live in the residential district can get more useful public space. This feasible program gradually becomes an effective method to alleviate the lack of outdoor public space in modern designing. While the emergence of Stilted Space Landscape would achieve an effective transition from home ownership to home optimum, then become a driving force and leader-oriented for enhancing human inhabitation environment quality. The space efficiency, aesthetic benefits, social and ecological benefits of Residential Architecture Stilted Space meet the public illusionary needs of high quality of human inhabitation environment, which we also interpret like this——the sustainability of green living community positive energy and the openness of outdoor public activity space. The vocabulary that stilted space and interface conveyed becomes more and more dominant. Therefore, those would be key points on how to create the public landscape with aesthetic benefits, satisfying the public needs and high quality broad club meaning and how to make it introject its environment organically combined with this special structure so that architecture, landscape and sites integrated organically.(1) Theoretical level:With the help of relevant literature and research results, I will explore and define the relevant concepts, character, functional properties of stilted architecture space and interface from different perspective. Then from the concepts’extension and connotation, I will discuss the designing contents, influencing factors, interface generation, space continuation, penetration of the bottom interface, perpendicular interface and top interface, and also the intrinsic relationship between interfaces included.(2) Practical level:The only criteria to adjudge whether the stilted spaces and landscape objects are useful or not is, through the main user, to make it participate in experience, then prove its usage effect of space closure of interface formation. Then with the help of visiting the related cases in Fuzhou Fujian province and Chengdu Sichuan province, combining with these cases, I will analyze the advantages and disadvantages and discuss the essence of designing stilted space and interface from theoretical perspective.(3)Comprehensive level:Whether the quality of inhabitant environment is good or not depends on the space effect formed by interface formation. However, the invisible interaction and interdependence relationship between the landscape subject and object influences the space effect and space quality. Meanwhile, to a certain extent, it also decides the space participation and vitality. So the whole benefits are based on interfaces, inter-spaces, stilted spaces and the organic integration between those and environment. As a result, integration would combine space benefits with space quality organically, which, thereby, forms a highly efficient and highly vital human inhabitant environment entity.
