Research On Multidimensional On-line Detection Technology For10kV Switchgears

Switchgear is one of the main equipment in distribution systems, has great effect onreliability of the operation state of power distribution system.Cabinet device switches indistribution network fault occurs, the consequences are very serious, its direct harm isprotected by the electrical equipment line, equipment damage, and cause power loss; theindirect harm is caused by user blackouts, reduce the reliability of power supply.10V switchgear equipment quantity, wide distribution, and poor working environment,the insulating material under high temperature, long-term in high voltage, vibration and oil,moisture and the action of a chemical substance, insulation deterioration effect isobvious.CIGRE had statistical reasons in the switch cabinet about40%fault in the insulationdefects, China also has in the last century90’s done statistics switch cabinet fault, similarresults.Therefore, the urgent need for insulation detection of switch cabinet, timely reflect thedegree of deterioration of the insulation, so as to take preventive measures, to avoid theoccurrence of blackout.Not yet in the distribution network of large area application ofinsulation online monitoring system, and the switch cabinet traditional pilot project cycle islong, need power test, so the prevention of state charged insulation insulation fault detectionfor switch cabinet, increase the reliability of the power supply is very important.This paper studies and evaluation of partial discharge detecting technology, through thedevelopment of insulation state on-line test detection system of switch cabinet based onvirtual instrument, proposes the multi-dimensional on-line test detection technology based onseveral typical faults and mapping research, aims to improve the effectiveness of switchcabinet state detection, reduce existing repeatedly charged detection.Condition assessmentdata through comprehensive on-line detection of the, for evaluation of equipment productionquality, environmental effects, equipment insulation base to improve the state of work,evaluation, equipment life new equipment bidding to provide information support.
