Xinjiang has a complex geological condition and large temperature diversity in thespring and autumn. This phenomenon makes the physical and mechanical characteristics offine soil after and before the freezing-thaw cycling. It will destroy the slope structure ofgranule soil and make a lot of harm to the safety of the deep excavation conception project. This paper mainly take the fine soil as the research object which is widely used forbuilding foundation in Xinjiang area,By fine earth freeze-thaw simulated experiment in theroom, this paper studied and got the change discipline of the internal cohesive force c, internalfriction angle Ф in the different density range and different moisture content in freezing-thawcycling, and to apply the discipline to the foundation slope.Using the FLAC3D software fornumerical simulation analysis to before and after freezing-thaw cycling in the fine soilslope, and got The effect on slope stability and deformation is obtained by freezing-thawcycling.According to the experiment and analysis, this paper got the results as follow:(1) Under the condition of the same moisture content, c and Ф will increase with thedensity range;(2) Under the condition of the same density, c and Ф will decreases with the increase ofmoisture content;(3) Whatever the conditions, c and Ф all have different degrees of lower. Which reduce theextent of the cohesive force of c is about7.7%-7.7%, internal friction Angle Φ reduce thedegree of approximately2.9%-7.2%;(4) By using the FLAC3D software for numerical simulation analysis to before and afterfreezing-thaw cycling in the fine soil slope can come out that After freezing-thaw cycling ofthe slope compared with before, the Safety coefficient declined and the maximal displacementof the slope increases obviously. Effect of freezing-thaw cycling on the stability of slope andslope deformation has a great influence.
