| After speed-raising reform of existing railway line, it has realized the possibility of passenger vehicles with medium-high speed and fruit vehicles with medium-low speed running on the same line. However, due to the existence of great damages to track components and its geometry status derived from heavy cargoes transportation as well as high requirement on lines’ quality of fast passenger traveling, it would possible to increase the workloads of repairing and maintaining tasks processed by related mechanical departments. With the objective of decreasing uncertainties during line’s maintaining works carried out, it proposed a kind of approach to timely check the quality of lines aims to identify the type and position of lines’ defects as the instructions to guide practical line’s maintaining works. In order to realize the timely evaluation of line’s quality, it needs to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to monitor line’s quality and stability. Generally speaking, the methods, like detection, monitoring and objects-chain technology, etc., for instance, aim to construct the observation system based on line’s quality degradation law by the works of acquisition of related figures which can reflect line’s quality and provision of line’s timely status, as well as evaluate the timely status of variety parameters followed by principles and restrictions to set up mathematic models with the goals of line’s comprehensive quality evaluation and monitoring. According to this technical route, this article mainly concentrates on the studies of the quality stability of speed-raising reforming of existing lines.At first, combined with the major measures of general existing lines speed-raising reform and contents of line’s quality management, this passage has analyzed the major factors which may have effects on line’s quality stability, and proposed the ways to evaluate line’s quality and maintaining standards of speed-raising lines, as well as carried out researches on stability of quality of existing lines after reforming in a theoretical angle.Secondly, it has analyzed quality evaluation system of existing line speed-raising reform and its major indicators associate with related detection and monitoring works. And also, it has set up a technic scheme and route with respect to line’s quality stability monitoring system, as well further has given evaluation standards of monitoring system and strategy suggestions with the background of contemporary technologies of detection, monitoring and object-chain. And then, it established line’s quality stability monitoring system within specified selected test section of speed-raising reformed of existing line, and accomplished monitoring works of line’s resistances in the direction of longitudinal and horizontal, as well as dynamic tress produced in the rail bottom, wheel-rail vertical force and horizontal force, rail’s three dimensional displacement, and also the rail temperature, etc.Finally, based on line’s quality stability monitoring system, it has made an all-around detection to the status of test line section in July to November,2011. And the monitoring results reveled that the line stayed in good conditions for the aspects of key components strength, stability, and operation safety, as well apparent to see the occasional fluctuations of line’s geometry status individually which need far more works to strength line’s geometry status management. |
