As the main lighting equipment for car,the headlamp is essential for driving safety at night or in poor lighting conditions.To ensure the safety of the car when driving on the night,the national standard GB4599-2007 has mandatory regulations on the stability of the cutoff line of the headlamp.This paper studies the stability detection and remote monitoring system of the cut-off line based on the requirements(allowable offset in the vertical direction is 2mm)for the stability test of the cut-off line in the national standard GB4599-2007 and the current status of domestic headlamp detection,the major work are as follows:The development process of the detection technology of the headlamp is studied,and the stability detection system of the headlamp cut-off line based on machine vision is determined.In order to solve the problem of fuzzy light in the image processing of headlamp,the fuzzy enhancement technique is introduced into the extraction of headlamp cut-off line,the problem of poor adaptability of fuzzy enhancement method is analyzed and a new membership function is designed to improve the adaptability of the fuzzy enhancement method and the extraction accuracy of the optical edge.And the gradient mean square is proposed to solve the problem of lack of effective evaluation indicators for light extraction quality.Limited to the environment and process of headlamp cut-off stability test,and to meet the needs of remote interconnection of industrial equipment,a multi-device remote monitoring scheme is designed and applied to the stability detection system of headlamp cut-off line,which realized the remote monitoring of industrial field testing equipment.The stability detection and remote monitoring system for the headlamp cut-off line in this study realizes the reliability(offset detection error level is 0.1mm)and efficient detection of the headlamp,and improves the remote monitoring level of the detection system.It can be applied to practice.
