| The railway as the land transportation system in large, has undergone many changes, in order to meet the needs of social progress and economic development. Railway construction project schedule and cost control for the project itself is also very important. But for the railway construction project cost control, its fundamental purpose is to save the investment for the state and the society, to guarantee the quality and schedule requirements, reasonable cost compression, can reduce waste, access to benefits and profits. Therefore, this thesis research on the Qingyunshan tunnel based on the project, has the vital significance to the railway construction enterprises, improve the level of profit.The paper is based on the qingyunshan tunnel project research, theory with reality; the main work of this paper are as follows:1. Firstly, this paper describes the concepts and contents of the project schedule management, introduced the overview of the Qingyunshan tunnel project, project number, the construction organization arrangements and owners duration requirements, to achieve a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the Qingyunshan tunnel project, on this basis, create the conditions for the preparation of the Qingyun tunnel project cost estimate and schedule analysis.2. Secondly, this paper describes the concepts and contents of the project cost management, to fully understand the basis of the Qingyunshan tunnel project, the paper gets the cost calculation and integration of the main part of the Qingyunshan Tunnel project, then formed the Qingyunshan tunnel project cost plan with the main parts of project schedule, and analyse the cost structure of the Qingyun tunnel project, compared project cost plan and actual values we get the profit and loss analysis.3. Lastly, this paper describes the project earned value management concepts and contents, including the three basic parameters of Earned Value Management and four analysis indicators, on the basis of the cost and the schedule, get the Qingyunshan Tunnel project schedule and cost integrated the deviation analysis and performance analysis, For the problems in the project implementation process, the paper propose appropriate technical and organizational assurance measures to make it benefit with the actual production of the mentoring program.This paper has played an important role of guidance and reference in the schedule and cost of Qingyunshan tunnel project of Xiangpu railway project, furthermore, the implementation of the construction project management in practice may also provides a reference of cost and schedule management for similar railway project. |
