| The significance of quality inspection of transmissions is explained because of the assembly complexity. Order analysis technology is employed to process the non-stable signals, considering the shortage of existing inspection methods and running characteristics of the transmissions. The algorithms and theory of computer order analysis is elaborated, and the order spectrums of70B transmission are gained.The status and effect of knowledge base is expounded. In order to solve the problem of knowledge acquisition, firstly, the threshold datum is reckoned with small samples by synthesizing the random weighting method and Bayes method. Then the quality index of the transmissions is set up, and the dynamic datum is inferred. Secondly, the characteristic orders in different gears are calculated according to the parameters of70B transmission, and the inspection circuit is built successively. At last, the rules are expressed normatively by production rules, and the knowledge base of70B transmission for quality inspection is founded. |
