| With the advent of the information age and the economic develop rapidly,organizations are facing more and more challenges.The development of information technology makes the storage and dissemination of knowledge faster and more convenient,but faced with a huge amount of information,the organization has put forward higher requirements for the level of knowledge management.Knowledge management is a new thing in the past ten years.It is also a hot topic.The creation of a knowledge base is conducive to improving the competitive advantage of an organization and is of great significance to enterprises and organizations.As a typical knowledge-intensive organization,engineering design institute have relatively complex knowledge content and put forward higher requirements for knowledge management.However,engineering design institute have some problems such as chaotic knowledge structure and continuous loss of knowledge as a result of precipitated and shared existing knowledge ineffectively.Sorting,classifying,precipitating and sharing the knowledge of engineering design institute effectively through the creation of knowledge base will inevitably have positive significance for improving the knowledge management level of engineering design institute.It can also improving the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis takes A engineering design institute as the research object,and analyzes the problems of incomplete knowledge system,difficult knowledge sharing and serious knowledge loss in the knowledge management of engineering design institute.Aiming at the above problems,the necessity and creation goal of the knowledge base of engineering design institute are analyzed.Several methods of knowledge representation are compared,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Then the paper discussed the applicability of ontology in the construction of knowledge base of engineering design institute.An ontology-based research project team knowledge base was created based on OWL ontology description language and Protege ontology construction software.The created knowledge base was simply evaluated.Finally,Ontograf is used to realize the visualization of ontology,and DL Query is used to realize the query of knowledge base based on OWL language.The SWRL rule language is constructed,and the Drools inference engine is used to realize the semantic reasoning of ontology.As a result,the knowledge base is improved furtherly.The creation of the knowledge base provides a reference for the knowledge sharing of engineering design institutes,and on the other hand provides theoretical value for the knowledge management of engineering design institutes. |
