| Bridge strenghening design is is more complicated than building new bridges.It contains disease diagnosis, renovation decision, overall strenghening scheme design, reinforcement materials and methods, reinforcement design calculation and maintenance, management and construction,and other scientific problems. To solve the concrete problem, we can make the corresponding repair and reinforcement measures quickly and simply by analysing the cause of bridge disease accurately, understanding different types of bridges,the cause and characteristic of different disease diagnosis. It can obtain greater economic value and social benefit,and have a wide practical value and far-reaching significance.The east bridge of Xiaocunzhuang River is located in east ramp of Hangzhou Road overpass acrossing Xiaocunzhuang River in Qingdao City. It was built in1986, and has been in operation for nearly23years.The traffic volume is larger, more heavy vehicles go through it everday. In this paper,we find out the main reason of defects and damage from the appearance of Hedong bridge in the small village, static load, concrete cover thickness and the number of reinforced,,nondestructive test of concrete strength and depth of carbonation, steel corrosion detection, damage inspection of the full bridge appearance, vibration detection, assessment of severity of quality, position, and the trend of development of structural defects and damage. We also analyse and evaluate the effect of existing defects and damage to the quality and use of the bearing capacity of the bridge.It can restore and improve the capacity of the old bridge, prolong the service life of the bridge, and meet the needs of transportation by using carbon fiber reinforcement and pasting steel plate reinforcement measures to improve the bearing capacity and durability.Through the detailed test data and analysis,and reasonable reinforcement scheme, this paper can provide reference for other similar bridge repair... |
