The Farm (Town) Planning Research Based On The Analysis Of Characteristics Of The State Farms System

State farms system is a special enterprise groups formed in our country specific period, Heilongjiang reclamation area is one of the throughout the country’s biggest reclamation area, it has China’s largest state-owned farm group, the oldest, largest production scale, the highest level of mechanization, biggest farmland area, most hand commodity grain, but also the rapid development of reclamation area urbanization. Reclamation area has been built60years, although the economy of the farm has been constant development, but reclamation area town construction theory development is slow, cannot adapt to the requirement of reclamation area rapid urbanization, in order to better construction of reclamation area town, make the farm town of healthy and rapid development, first of all to improve farm planning theory.This article through to the analysis of the development and the status quo of our country state farms system and state-owned farms in Heilongjiang reclamation area, analysis of state-owned farm in our country economic developing position and action, inquiry farm characteristics of the national state farms system and Heilongjiang reclamation area, including state-owned farm management system characteristics, Heilongjiang state farms system regional characteristics, population characteristics, system characteristic, land use characteristics, industry characteristics and management features. Analysis of farm and state farms system, clear the important functions and roles of the farm,and a farm of state farms system planning in development process and important significance. Based on the characteristic of state-owned farm, the enterprise community planning method with the farm planning to combine, and explore to enterprise community planning method based on farm planning points.Based on the first part of this thesis on farm characteristics analysis and enterprise community planning method research, in the second half will the study and analysis is applied to the Qianjin farm planning. Study of Qianjin farm planning as an example, analyzes the current characteristics of Qianjin farm and development conditions, combined with the current situation of Qianjin farm, put forward to be based on enterprise community characteristic farm planning strategy, summed up enterprise community elements, to explore enterprise community planning, enterprise community planning method and farm plan combination, discuss enterprise community planning the necessity and feasibility. On the current situation of Qianjin farm characteristics were analyzed, the enterprise community planning method is applied to the Qianjin farm of the planning process, in line with the development of farm characteristics planning, research the planning implementation strategy.Based on theoretical study and practical application analysis, enterprise community planning method and farm plan combination, through the formulation and implementation of plans to fully reflect the characteristics of the process of farm, farm feature planning for future model provides some theoretical support.
