Temperature is the physical quantity which closely related to people’s production andlife. ACHurate measurement of temperature has been the pursuit of the goal of human. It isnot only necessary, but also never-ending. In recent years, it was found that research andquantitative measurement of the temperature field more closely related to our production andliving, but even more significant.This article analyzes and studies the acoustic temperature field detection method, stm32SCM as the core prICessor, the ultrasonic module coding, modulation, demodulation, anddo related approach for temperature measurements. The design method has high aCHuracy,range, wide space, non-contact measuring real-TTe continuous,upgrade andmaintenance convenience and other significant advantages, it has become one of the world’smost state-of-the-art temperature field measurement method.It analyzes the basic theory of ultrasonic wave propagation in the temperature field, thesize of temperature determines the ultrasonic speed. The basic theory of for ultrasonic gasmedium speed is a function of the temperature of the gas medium, v Z T. Z is the gasconstant. Finally prICessed by the microprICessor is the TTe t, the temperature T is inverselyproportional to t2, obtained aCHording to the formula, so t aCHuracy determines theaCHuracy of the T.This design is added in the coding of the ultrasonic pseudo-random code, so quite along length, code no self-correlation. After the modulation and demodulation prICess of themicroprICessor, we also need signal prICessing algorithms. This undoubtedly makes thewhole design more difficult, but also improve the anti-jamming capability of the signal inthe communication prICess.This paper presents a the temperature field acoustic multi-Passage pulse intervalmeasurement model. And do repeated experiments for the single ultrasonic measuring thespeed of sound, the precision and aCHuracy are met the design requirements, making thetemperature field acoustic multi-Passage pulse interval measuring instrument.
