Cultural Creative And Empirical Research Of Agricultural Sightseeing Garden

With rapid development of modern technical agriculture and eco-tourism industry, agricultural sightseeing garden gradually becomes a new industry in the context of urbanization in China. Agricultural sightseeing garden is not only a new way of agricultural development, but also a new trend of tourism development. With the growing popularity of "green" and "eco", the development of agricultural sightseeing garden becomes an inevitable choice in the context of Green Economy.Based on agricultural industry, agricultural sightseeing garden construction is combined organically with projects like sightseeing, leisure, vacation and popular science. It not only contributes to adjustment of country industrial structure and increase of agricultural economic benefits, but also improves the natural ecological environment and eases the intense pace of life in cities. Therefore, it’s a green agricultural tourism model achieving a uniformed development of social, economic and ecological benefits.With the continuous progress of society, requirement on culture level becomes higher and higher. Only integrate culture into the design of gardens, will raise the gardens’cultural quality and embody characteristics of it. Hence, cultural creative has great significance in the design of garden and development and application of cultural resources will be an important issue in the research of agricultural sightseeing garden.In this thesis, agricultural sightseeing garden is the object of study and culture is the main line. Through combination of multi-disciplinary theory, literature study, theoretical research, empirical research and inductive reasoning, how to embody cultural originality in the design of garden is explored. The thesis can be divided into two parts, the theoretical research and the practice.In the part of theoretical research, the background and concept of agricultural sightseeing garden are introduced at first and the characteristics and functions are summed up combined with the basic theory of it. Then the development progress of domestic and foreign agricultural sightseeing garden is summarized. The importance of cultural creative is put forward after main culture types in agricultural sightseeing gardens are analyzed such as national culture, farming culture, plant culture, folk culture and cater culture. At last, the application and expression of culture in agricultural sightseeing garden are summarized through combining culture with planning and design.In the part of practice, characteristics of cultural creative and forms of expression are investigated after research of some successful cases at first. Then Nanjing Xigang Miaoshan Lake agricultural sightseeing garden is scientific planned and detailed designed based on above theories. At the first of design, basic conditions like natural conditions, transportation, local economy, tourism resources are investigated and analyzed through SWOT. Secondly, cultural resources in this case are fully developed and applied to actual design, aimed at building Xigang Miaoshan Lake agricultural sightseeing garden into a garden which has friendly ecological environment, outstanding cultural characteristics, high-tech content and obvious comprehensive economic benefits.Finally, the thesis is summarized through combining the part of theoretical research and the part of practice. Innovation of the design is analyzed to provide a reference for building an agricultural sightseeing garden of highly coordination of function and culture. At last, thinking based on the reality and outlook of development of gardens in the future are put forward.
