This paper mainly studied the energy saving reconstruction scheme of the Auxiliary Power System in Da Late Power Plant, firstly, the operating performance of the typical load, such as fans and pumps, are analyzed in theory; then the energy consumption condition of the auxiliary power system in Da Late power plant was tested in field, at the same time, the energy saving potential of the auxiliary power system was also evaluated. On the basis of the above, the energy saving reconstruction for the electric machines and its driving system were presented correspondingly and then those schemes are applied to the4#auxiliary power system and the long term tracking measurement was carried out. It is shown that, due to the lower operating efficiency, the energy saving effect for the single electric machines is limit, however, the energy saving effect is significant for the fans and pump loads, the power saving ratio can be reached over than20%, and the totally energy consumption of the4#auxiliary power system decreases by16%, the obvious energy saving effect and economical benefit are achieved. The research results in this paper can provide the necessary reference for the auxiliary power system in our country. |
