Research On The Influence Of Construction Management Plan On The Cost Of Highway Construction

With the quick development of national economy, investment of highway project inchina is more larger, highway project costs quantity of funds. How to reduce the costof highway project, so as to propose benefit level, is a hard problem to solve. Thisdissertation focuses on the relation between construction organization design and thecost of the project, and optimizing method of construction organization design isproposed, which is used to reduce the cost of the project, and main research results areas follows:Research background and significance is analyzed, literatures on constructionorganization design have been reviewed, and research contents of the dissertation areproposed, the technical map is constructed. Character and costs of the highway projectare analyzed, and construction organization design of highway project is defined, anddesign flow of which is proposed. Influence of construction organization design onthe cost of highway construction is analyzed systematically, including preparationtime, plan layout, schedule plan, scheme, and measures of technical and economiccontrol. Measures and method of optimization of construction organization design isproposed, including the measures of planning method and contents, the method ofplan layout, schedule cost of which, and the comprehensive evaluation of which isproposed. Case study is made by using method and measures of constructionorganization design, and comprehensive evaluation of which is also made. Finally, thepaper is summarized systematically, and the future study is also proposed.
