Research And Practice On Water Resource Utilization Of TAIYUAN IRONï¹ STEEL(GROUP)CO.LTD Based On Circular Economy

Water is the source of life,the lifeline of agriculture,the lifeblood of industry,thesoul of ecology.Water is the most important basic elements of the human livingenvironment, and is an extremely important economic resources.With the rapiddevelopment of economy and society,the problem on water has become increasinglyfocus of concern for the whole society.Taiyuan’s per capita occupied volume of water resources is only173cubicmeters,and less than the half of the whole province’s per capita water resources,and thetwelfth of the country’s per capita water resources,and far lower than severe watershortage boundary of1,000cubic meters per capita, therefore,it is serious lack ofwater resources in the region. With the rapid economic and social development, thewater demand of agriculture,industry, urban and rural life, the ecological environmentis growing increasingly;the water shortage has become an increasingly importantproblem; the contradictions of water resources tend to be sharp; which serious impactson the sustainable development of economic and social.TISCO is located in the city of water shortage, Taiyuan, The water shortage hasbecome the bottleneck of new round of strategic development for TISCO.In order toease the situation of water shortage in TISCO,to protect the water environment andachieve sustainable economic development in TISCO,we must strengthenmanagement and innovation of use of water resources,achieving the purpose of waterconservation and emission reduction.Based on the analysis of current situation on utilizing water resources inTISCO,this article reveals existing problems of TISCO in utilizing waterresources.Applying the theory of recycling economy and modernmanagement,applying the method of systematically analyzing problems,combinedwith the actual situation of the water situation in TISCO,the study puts forward theways of utilizing water resources to develop the recycling economy,and presentsestablishing the index system on utilization of water resources in TISCO,and comes upwith the measures of deepening benchmarking.The study suggests that in order to break through the bottleneck of water resourcesshortages,TISCO must develop the recycling economy,improving the levels from three aspects of the greater circulation,medium circulation and minor circulation,improvingthe efficiency of the utilization of water resources,realizing the situation of iron andsteel enterprises in harmony with the city’s life,enhancing the competitiveness ofenterprises.Good corporate culture idea is internal factors to rationally utilize waterresources to develop the recycling economy,playing the catalysis role;modernmanagement is the main economic basis of utilization of water resources to developrecycling economy in TISCO.Technical improvement and innovation is a guarantee toutilize water resources to develop the recycling economy.Technical innovationshould run through the whole process of recycling economization of water cyclicpattern in large-scale iron and steel enterprises.
