Research On Landscape Design Of Northeastern Intercity Roads

The intercity roads are the facilities which provides safe traffic environment.The natural and human environment of the landscape could be seen around theintercity roads by people who sitting in the vehicles that traveling all the time, andthe landscape is affected many reasons such as the changing seasons, naturalterrain and so on. So roads landscape has the characteristic of diversity, seasonalchanges, geography, dynamic. The more perfect roads landscape designed, thebetter feeling passengers receive and the more safe traffic environment formed.The area in Jinlin province and Heilongjiang province are the subjects weconcerned which represent the northeastern part of China. There is a fact that roadslandscape neglected for years makes driving environment terrible and dangerous.So we have to solve this important problem immediately.As roads landscape’s characteristic, understanding its connotation and trendsbecomes a necessary way to begin the task. Four aspects are collected in the paper:safe traffic, eco-environment protection, visual and psychological influence andspecial landscape design. And three typical roads are selected which representsthree different kind of roads. They are mountain road, hills road and flat roadwhich will be research to find the reason of being poor in many ways, such as thesight of the driver under the impact of the landscape, public facilities, greenfacilities, animal and plant eco-environment, diver’s visual and psychologicalinfluence through different topography, the continuity and transition of the roadsenvironment and so on.At last, provide the solution of roads landscape in systematic that designincluding node processing, continuous space design, proper color design, regionaldesign, eco-environment protection, macro design, medium design, andmicrocosmic design. Establish a reference for roads landscape design.
