| With the deepening of the market economy, people’s demands for energy is growing day by day. More seriously, energy crisis and environmental pollution problem has been increasingly prominent, which has severely restricted the development of modern economy and society. In order to implement the scientific outlook on development, keep the promise such as energy saving and emission reduction, exploiting and using the renewable energy, firstly, are imminent and essential. Biomass energy is a new type of renewable energy. Biomass is the available energy form transformed from the biological waste with the modern energy conversion technologies. Biomass molding machine could convert energy technology, and the corresponding research of curing technology in the world is gradually mature. Whereas the material molding technology in our country is still in the starting stage of development and has not been perfected yet.The energy conservation and environmental protection is took as starting point, meanwhile, improving production and reducing energy consumption as purpose and has manufactured the CXJ-Ⅲ biomass fuel mechanical piston molding machine. To begin with, this paper has simply analysised several factors infecting the biomass and has finally got the best forming conditions and every parts’parameters. Consequently, the main transmission scheme has been designed based on the above results. Moreover, this paper has emulated the main transmission system and finally solved the real force curves of parts with rigid body, flexible body and dynamics simulation theory. Take the curves as the boundary conditions, strength and stiffness of key parts were checked by the finite element theory. Material flow process were simulated by the finite element, which provide test and process route for optimizing with the basis and means so as to promote the development of the straw briquette technology. In the end, the control module of biomass molding machine has been creatively and reformationally designed;the machine could be controled by the PLC technology and sensor technology; the working efficiency and the controlling reliability have been improved,the main transmission system of CXJ-Ⅲ biomass fuel mechanical piston machine is synthetically designed and analysised and is improved the design of the machines control module. The design methods and thoughts of this paper are new methods of CAD/CAE modern engineering design and are the subject of researching some projects in the future. |
