The development and utilization of renewable energy could alleviate individuals'dependence on non-renewable energy.Biomass energy is an important part of renewable energy.In order to effectively use biomass solid energy,The research and development of a biomass press with high production efficiency,low energy consumption and low wear of core components is of great significance.The study takes the design of a new kind of hydraulic series of biomass forming briquetting machine as the research object,the main work contents and conclusions around the design of machine are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis and research of the factors affecting the biomass forming briquetting,the forming pressure,raw material moisture content,raw material particle size and forming maintaining time were determined as the main parameters of the biomass raw briquetting at normal environment.In order to test the optimal forming parameters of biomass briquetting,the single-factor and multi-factor orthogonal experiments were preceded.Results showed that the optimal processing parameters for the forming briquetting:the main work contents and conclusions around the design of machine are as follows:raw material particle size is in the range of 1?3mm,forming pressure is 60MPa,raw material moisture content is 15%,the holding time is 120s.(2)Based on The traditional piston stamping forming machine of biomass briquetting machine field had low productivity,low forming rate and serious wear problem in the core components,a new kind of hydraulic series forming method was put forward in the biomass forming briquetting field.The innovation of forming briquetting machine design lies in the series of multiple forming devices through guide rail and sliding device,during the compression process,the materials in the forming chamber are pressed into blocks one by one through the main compression system,it was greatly improved forming efficiency.According to the obtained optimal processing parameters designed the overall structure and control method of the briquetting machine,and the whole structure and control mode of the forming were designed and assembled by using the characteristic parametric modeling technology,such as the feeding double transmission system,the storage and division material system,the pre-compression forming system,the main compression and holding forming system,the blocking discharging system and the hydraulic control system.(3)According to the characteristics and requirements of the designed briquetting machine,in order to achieve the smooth and even running process of the actuator,hydraulic drive was selected as the driving mode of the whole machine,it is easy to achieve the requirements of fast starting,braking and convenient control.Based on the particularity of the actuator in the briquetting process,firstly,the corresponding transmission(speed,direction and pressure)scheme were formulated,and the hydraulic system schematic diagram was designed and drawn.Secondly,the hydraulic system main components were design calculation and selection.Finally,in order to check the rationality of the hydraulic system design,a performance check calculation of the hydraulic system was proceed.(4)In view of the complicated and changeable heating of the forming chamber in the main compression forming stage,the simulation of the main compression forming stage was carried out by workbench finite element software.The results showed that the temperature field distribution in the molding chamber gradually diffuses from the contact surface of the molding inner cavity to the interior of the raw material,and the highest temperature range,the highest temperature was 76?,which was concentrated on the friction contact surface of the raw material and the inner cavity of the forming mold.Equivalent stress was gradually transferred into the forming mold chamber along the junction of the blocking baffle and the raw material.The maximum equivalent stress was 218.79MPa,it was occurred at the intersection of the lower cavity of the forming mold and the blocking baffle,which was less than the allowable stress(240MPa),it was showed that the forming briquetting machine can operate under this working condition;Although the maximum equivalent strain was 0.01mm,which also occurred at the friction contact between the locking baffle and the raw material,it had little effected on the forming structure.
