At this stage of the aircraft engine design, manufacturing, test line of digi taldegree is not high, due to the pipeline design still depends on physical model, thegeometry of the complexity of the pipeline, the traditional test methods do not meetthe need of the pipeline detection. Therefore, in this paper the summation of thepipeline model error detection for the main target, laser systems to head coordinatestype measuring machine as the means, in the pipeline characteristics on the basis ofanalysis, design different lines measuring method and reverse modeling solutions toimprove measurement efficiency and reverse the precision of the model, and themodel of the error of precise comparison results.Referring to the physical part3-d measurement technology material, and on thebasis of summary of different features of the surface measurement method forcylindrical characteristics, bending characteristics and sweeping characteristics ofdifferent measurement path pipe design, sure different characteristics of thescanning mode, point distribution, etc., so that the pipeline measurement accuracy,high efficiency. According to keep out of the pipeline caused by Angle data, usemore data on the alignment method, and an example is given.In the study of the key technology for the basis, according to the differentcharacteristics, using different reverse modeling method, the characteristics of thecylinder based on the characteristics of the objective function fitting, fitting ofsurface, and with parameters constraints on iterative process, get cylinder surface ofthe characteristic parameters. To bend characteristics, sweeping features using thepoint cloud slice technology first get a standardized characteristics section line data,then characteristics section line data the circular arc of the linear fitting, again willget cylinder surface listed separately arc fitting and B-spline fitting, get threecharacteristics of the reverse model. And the error analysis model of contrast, gives the model error of the evaluation method.Based on the above techniques and methods, to Visual C++as the platform, themeasurement and model development reverse platform, detection function, get thepipe elongation, resilient rate, ellipticity-angle error, physical parts of processparameter of error, and gives the reverse model and the original model space error.
