| In the beginning of the21stcentury, with the increased demand for resources, the demandfor dry bulk cargo is also increasing, now dry bulk cargo port has already played an importantrole in global trade. Dry bulk cargo shipping market in our country is developing rapidly, andinjects new vitality into the development of our country’s port. Therefore, how to improve thedry bulk cargo port operations efficiency and how to reduce the stay time of ships has become acommon problem of the dry bulk cargo port in recent years.Dry bulk cargo port scheduling work activities include berthing arrangements before theship into port, handling machines scheduling, the arrangement of yard used to store goods.Currently, most scholars focus on any one or two aspects of scheduling, but port schedulingwork is composed by a series of links, and any one goes wrong will seriously affect the wholeactivities of the port, and optimize part of its contents can not guarantee the largest porteconomic benefits. There may be affect other aspects of the operation scheduling. Localoptimum is not equal to the global optimum. Therefore it is necessary to research the integratedscheduling of dry bulk cargo port handling operating system. It can solve the problem in aglobal view, on the one hand it can make the port operations stable, normal, efficient andimproving economic efficiency, on the other hand makes resources reasonable, maximizingutilization and reducing costs.This paper mainly discuss in the integration scheduling of the dry bulk cargo port handlingsystems. Based on dry bulk cargo port handling system analyze the resources of dry bulk porthandling operations, handling processes and handling characteristics, which can show theimportance of the integration scheduling of the dry bulk cargo port handling operation system. By further analysis of the relations of dry bulk cargo port handling operation scheduling, buildthe integrated scheduling model of dry bulk cargo port handling system, and use geneticalgorithm to solve, a numerical example to verify the validity of the model.Though this paper research, hoping to promote the development of the dry bulk cargo portintegrated scheduling problem. |
