The rapid development of bulk cargo transportation trade promotes the transformation and upgrading of bulk cargo ports towards intelligence and informatization.Aiming at the problems existing in the manual scheduling process of a bulk cargo port,in order to improve production efficiency and resource utilization,this thesis has optimized the berth allocation and equipment scheduling method.And a collaborative scheduling system for bulk cargo port berth and ship unloading equipment has been designed and implemented.Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of current bulk cargo port production activities,typical ship unloading business processes and the current situation of the port,the main business requirements from the perspective of different system users have been summarized,and the main functions of the system have been analyzed.Meanwhile,the overall structure of the system has been designed and the key technologies which are used to support the implementation of the system have been summarized.Secondly,the two key contents,berth allocation and crane assignment,ship unloading equipment collaborative scheduling,have been studied.The results of the first part are being used as the basis for the latter part.Aiming at the integrated optimization problem of berth allocation and crane assignment,considering the cargo preference of berth,the movement of crane across berth and the constraints of ship departure time,a mathematical model has been established to minimize the ship’s residence time in port,and an improved tabu search algorithm has been designed to solve it.Aiming at the cooperative scheduling problem of unloading equipment for a single ship,considering the constraints of operation equilibrium between ship holds and phased unloading operation,a model has been established to minimize the unloading operation time and cost,and a multi-objective genetic algorithm based on greedy strategy has been designed to solve it.Example experiments are carried out on the actual production data to verify the models and algorithms.Finally,based on the above key technologies,combined with the system requirements analysis and overall design,the system database has been designed and each functional module of the system has been implemented.
